It's impressive how much depth is shown with the simple blocky coloring you've used. Did you do this with MS Paint?

Against the water and sloping sands of the vast desert, the bones look sad, lost and forgotten, face in the mud. The tall tree-like things poking out of the earth and the water make the terrain look so peaceful that it feels very alien. It's beautiful.
